How counselling
will help

Life can be difficult to navigate. Counselling offers the opportunity to step back and give yourself time to think and focus on what matters to you.

It can help you make sense of difficult experiences, understand your thoughts and feelings, and see situations from a different perspective. It can provide space to consider choices and what may be holding you back.

You may be dealing with difficult relationships, pressure at work, significant change or loss, or simply questioning where you are and where you are going.

You don't need to know exactly what you want from counselling before you begin. Sometimes the first step is simply having the opportunity to talk openly with someone who will listen, without judgement.

Counselling isn't about being given the answers. It can help you find a clearer understanding of yourself and discover what will help you move forward.
