I'm Paul Twite, a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist (MBACP), offering face-to-face sessions in Clapham and online.

You may be dealing with pressure at work, difficulties in your relationships, a significant change or loss, or simply feeling stuck. Counselling offers the space to explore what's happening, gain a different perspective and consider what might help you move forward.

Face-to-face in Clapham · £95 per 50-minute session · Free initial conversation

A confidential space to talk and find a way forward.

A therapist who understands life’s pressures

Before training as a counsellor and psychotherapist, I spent 25 years building businesses and working in senior leadership roles. I know the world of ambition, achievement and responsibility from the inside — and I've experienced the value of having someone outside that world help me think more clearly about the questions that matter.

My approach is thoughtful and collaborative. I listen carefully, ask questions that may help you see things differently, and work with you to make sense of what's happening. I won't tell you what to do; I'll help you explore what matters to you most and find your own way forward.
