Making sense of

life’s challenges

Close-up of Paul Twite, counsellor and psychotherapist smiling, wearing a light blue shirt and navy sweater, in a cozy room with plants and a framed picture on the wall.

Before becoming a counsellor and psychotherapist, I spent more than 25 years building businesses and working in senior commercial and leadership roles. I understand the world of ambition, achievement and responsibility from the inside.

I now combine that experience with clinical training and practice to help people make sense of change, achievement, loss and what they want from the next stage of their lives.

Changing the questions you ask yourself can change your life.

How therapy

will help

Therapy gives you the space to step back from what's happening, explore what lies behind it and see things from a different perspective.

Together, we can make sense of what's happening now, understand patterns that may be holding you back and think about what you want from what comes next.

Sessions are £95, with a free initial conversation of around 20 minutes and no obligation to continue.
